Membership:
WCNDD is supported by a combination of local government membership dues and a planning grant issued by the US Economic Development Administration (EDA).
WCNDD also acquires funding from special contracts for services performed above and beyond regular assistance.
Special fee for service contracts are available at $75/hour for dues paying members or $125/hour for non-members.
